Ultrasonic cleaning generator
Ultrasonic power is called an ultrasonic generator and is a device for generating and providing ultrasonic energy to an ultrasonic transducer. Its purpose is to convert our mains (220V or 380V, 50Hz or 60Hz) into a high-frequency AC signal that can be matched to an ultrasonic transducer. This signal can be either a sinusoidal signal or a pulsed signal.
The ultrasonic generator adopts the world's leading structure of the oscillating circuit, which increases the output power by more than 10% compared with the self-excited oscillating circuit structure. The ultrasonic amplifying circuit adopts a linear amplifying circuit and a switching power supply circuit.
Advantages of the switching power supply circuit: The conversion efficiency is high, so the high-power ultrasonic power supply adopts this form.
Advantages of linear power circuits: Circuit matching is not strictly required, allowing the operating frequency to change continuously and rapidly.
The internal structure of the ultrasonic power supply: Unique anti-corrosion design, which is not affected by the working environment and adapts to various workplaces. Protection mode: vibrating head short circuit protection, leakage protection and other functions. The ultrasonic circuit is advanced, the structure is complete, supplemented by the sensitive and reliable integrated control system, to ensure the stable operation of the ultrasonic cleaner under various loads. The generator is small in size, novel in appearance, and very easy to operate. The product quality and technical level are comparable to those of similar foreign products. Once launched, it has attracted the attention of the industry and the majority of users. Various ultrasonic generators can work independently or in multiple groups in parallel to complete large-scale cleaning projects. The maintenance is simple. A cooling fan is installed in the chassis to force cold air to ensure the safety of long-term work.
