Many fabrics, films, non-woven fabrics and paper products, such as women's products, medical masks, dishcloth, vacuum bags and filter cloth, will use ultrasonic welding equipment.           

Ultrasonic technology has powerful function and wide application range. It can carry out lamination, embossing, punching, cutting, splicing and other operations. Therefore, ultrasonic welding can not only provide low-cost bonding, but also carry out other operations to improve the utilization of the equipment. The frequency range of ultrasound is 20 kHz to 1 GHz, which is not audible to the human ear. The frequency of ultrasonic welding is usually 20, 30 and 35kHz.  How to produce high frequency vibration in ultrasonic system           

The ultrasonic generator converts the line voltage into a high voltage / high frequency signal and transmits it to a converter. In the converter, the piezoelectric crystal is sandwiched between two pieces of titanium metal and vibrates at the frequency of electrical signal, resulting in very fast mechanical vibration, with the frequency reaching 20000 Hz per second and the amplitude reaching 18 μ M.
