Ultrasonic cleaning generator
Ultrasonic power is called an ultrasonic generator and is a device for generating and providing ultrasonic energy to an ultrasonic transducer. Its purpose is to convert our mains (220V or 380V, 50Hz or 60Hz) into a high-frequency AC signal that can be matched to an ultrasonic transducer. This signal can be either a sinusoidal signal or a pulsed signal.
The ultrasonic generator adopts the world's leading structure of the oscillating circuit, which increases the output power by more than 10% compared with the self-excited oscillating circuit structure. The ultrasonic amplifying circuit adopts a linear amplifying circuit and a switching power supply circuit.
Advantages of the switching power supply circuit: The conversion efficiency is high, so the high-power ultrasonic power supply adopts this form.
Advantages of linear power circuits: Circuit matching is not strictly required, allowing the operating frequency to change continuously and rapidly.
The ultrasonic generator has the function of fine-tuning the frequency with an adjustment range of 2%. Under different working conditions, slight adjustments can make the transducer always work in the state, the energy conversion efficiency can be achieved, and the effect can be achieved under different working conditions.
The ultrasonic generator has a frequency sweeping function. During the cleaning process, the ultrasonic frequency is swept back and forth within a reasonable range to drive the cleaning liquid to form a fine backflow, so that the dirt on the workpiece is quickly removed from the surface of the workpiece while being ultrasonically peeled, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
The ultrasonic generator has the function of power adjustment, and the output power can be adjusted continuously from 10% to 100% to meet the requirements of various cleaning objects.
