I. Summary of Performance:With more than 10 years research and application experience, we explored this microprocessor controlled, newly designed generator specially for ultrasonic cleaning. 
The control box adopts advanced techniques, like separate-excited circuit, controlled by microcomputer, frequency automatic tracking and frequency sweeping, etc. Compared with traditional control box, it has better performances of stable and reliable operation and constantly adjustable ultrasonic frequency, which can develop the potential capacity of transducer in maximum. The automatic tracking of operating frequency can optimize output matching, strengthen power and raise efficiency. With the unique frequency-sweeping operating pattern, the cleaning solution can form a fine stream of refluence, which can time wash off the dirty uncovered by ultrasonic wave from the surface of working pieces and thus reach faster and thorough cleaning effect and raise the efficiency of ultrasonic cleaning. At the same time, it has perfect protective capacity: over temperature protection and overcurrent protection for more reliable operation; 4-bit timer for more accurate time control to second. With digital power adjustment, it can meet different cleaning demands. It permits optional alteration at working state, so the operation is freer. The complete appliance adopts building block design. With computer fault location and display system, its operation and maintenance are more convenient. Protected by rust proof and isolated structure, this generator can work under rigid circumstances.

III. Instruction for panel Performance



Display window: for displaying fixed time, power, working state and faults.
Switch for frequency sweep: selecting normal or frequency-sweeping working state.On/Off: controlling operation and pause of working state.Adding fixed time: set value of working time.Reducing fixed time: set value of working time.Raising power: raising output power.Reducing power: reducing output power.
Remark:
Display board setting
Before Power On machine, keeping press "Sweep"button ,and then the same time power on,so that the machine is into a setting status,via power +/- to change the display window of item number,and via Timer +/- to change the content of display window

Item number 001, for when machine power on,the ultrasonic if start work.via Timer +/- would be change the display content, for "0"it standard for power on,but no ultrasonic, for "1"meaning power on,ultrasonic working normal

8.Back of display board with 8 settings on POTENSION (7,8 for back up ):
On the back of display board,Potension meter DIP was for 8 switches,please according to working requirement to set,among of them, Number 4 switch was setting well before come out of plant, Don't change it any more.

1, Switch number 1, when number 1 at "OFF",machine worked at normal situation ,when at "ON" machine,"On/Off"and "Timer" would be lock,and then no effectiveness when you press it,ultrasonic output only be controll by Power switch
2, Switch number 2 and 3  would be adjusting the frequency as per your requirement
3,  Switch number 4  for current controller,before come out of plant it already been setting well by our engineer,so kindly don't change it anymore to avoid any problem caused to machine
4, Switch number 5  for fixed frequency constant flow mode 
5, Swtich  Number 6  for Manual Or Auto adjusting frequency ,when for "OFF" will be by manual via blue POTENSION METER to setting frequency, when for "ON",machine will be Auto to follow the frequency status 

Error Alarm

If window show"E--1",it meaning the machine working temperature too high,need added cooling
If window show"E-2",it meaning the machine appear overload,normally re-start machine      to try.

IV. Instructions for use
1.Locate the machine at ventilative and dry place. Connect power supply and output connection. Yield serial number of product will appear on display window when the power is on.
2. Normal working mode:
Switch on the power, and then the display window will show "-OFF". If it displays numbers, please press "Adding fixed time" or "Reducing fixed time" so that the display window displays "-OFF". Then press "On/Off", the machine will be in normal working mode and the display window displays "-ON-". In this mode, "On/Off" switch directly controls operation of machine.

3.Timing Work Mode

When opening the power switch, "XXXX" should appear in the display window. If "-OFF" or other time value not required by you appears in the window, press "Time increase" or "Time decrease" button to make the window display the time you want when the machine is in an pause state ( if not, please press "On/Off" button to stop the operation of the machine.). Then press "On/Off" button again, the machine will work in a state of timing and the corresponding timing value "XXXX" will appear in the display window and the time will gradually decrease second by second. When the time decreases to zero, the machine will stop to run and the original set value will appear in the window again. Please press "On/Off" button to restart the machine.

4.Power Adjustment
In work mode, press "power increase" or "power decrease" to make the machine work in the required state and the machine will save the power set value in around ten seconds.

5.Fault Alarm
If "ErXX" appears in the display window, it indicates an error of the machine. Please contact the maintenance staff for repair.
6.Selection of start mode (when opening the power switch, it is in working or waiting state.)
Before opening the power switch, keep pressing the "time decrease" button. Open the power switch and then close it. When opening the power switch again, it will switch the working mode of starting machine, which means that it will be in a starting mode or waiting mode when starting the machine later.
7. Display selection in normal work mode

Before opening the power switch, keep pressing the "time increase" button. Open the power switch. Then the machine will switch to the normal display mode ( non-timing work mode), which means when starting the machine later, "-ON" or working frequency will appear. It is used for testing and maintenance of the machine.

8.The use of remote control cord
The remote control interface at the back of the machine is mainly used in automatic control equipment and it can agilely control the ultrasonic output by PLC in the equipment and other equipment. There are two kinds of remote control cords, the active remote control cords and the inactive ones (please make sure when ordering). The active remote control cord can control only one ultrasonic power by a couple of contact points while the inactive one can connect and control several ultrasonic powers at the same time. When the remote control cord works, the start and time regulation buttons on the panel will be locked. If the timer in the machine is not needed, the interface can also be acted on.


9.Working way of frequency sweep

We can make the ultrasonic vibration simulate the scouring effect by regularly changing a certain band of the frequency of the power so as to achieve the effect of better cleaning. However the mode can cause damage to the machine parts so please use it according to circumstances.
