Product Description

Ultrasonic power supply, also called ultrasonic generator, is a device used to generate and provide ultrasonic energy to the ultrasonic transducer. Its purpose is to convert our mains (220V or 380V, 50Hz or 60Hz) into a high-frequency AC signal that can be matched with the ultrasonic transducer. This signal can be a sinusoidal signal or a pulse signal.

The ultrasonic generator adopts the world's leading separately excited oscillation circuit structure, which increases the output power by more than 10% compared with the self-excited oscillation circuit structure. The form of ultrasonic amplifying circuit adopts linear amplifying circuit and switching power supply circuit.
The advantage of switching power supply circuit: high conversion efficiency, so high-power ultrasonic power supply adopts this form.
The advantages of linear power supply circuits: the circuit matching is not strictly required, and the operating frequency is allowed to change continuously and rapidly.
