Portable Car Bumper Riveting 1000W 40KHZ Ultrasonic Spot Welding Machinery
The basic structure is ultrasonic transducer, horn, tool head, shell and driving power supply. The ultrasonic driving power supply converts the power supply into high frequency and high voltage AC current, which is transmitted to the ultrasonic transducer. In fact, ultrasonic transducer is equivalent to an energy converter, which can convert the input electric energy into mechanical energy, that is, ultrasonic. Its form of expression is that the transducer makes high-frequency back and forth expansion movement in the longitudinal direction. The frequency of the stretching motion is equal to the frequency of the AC current supplied by the driving power supply. The first function of the horn is to fix the whole ultrasonic vibration system, and the second is to enlarge the output amplitude of the transducer.
