110V/220V Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer Plates For Ultrasonic Cleaner Machine
Ultrasonic vibration plate is also called ultrasonic vibration box or ultrasonic cleaning box. It is an ultrasonic cleaning device composed of ultrasonic vibrator and ultrasonic generator, which is bonded and sealed in stainless steel box. Generally placed in various cleaning tanks to achieve the purpose of ultrasonic cleaning. The vibration plate size and the lead tube direction can be made into bottom vibration type, side vibration type and top vibration type according to different installation positions, so as to achieve the effect of thorough cleaning with different use requirements. It is applicable to electronic parts, electroplating hardware, auto parts, optical lenses, jewelry, glassware, filter element, spinneret, medical equipment, etc.

1. The ultrasonic vibration plate is composed of vibration plate and ultrasonic generator. When the standard model of ultrasonic cleaning machine is not suitable for the specific working environment, in addition to the special specifications can be customized. 3. It adopts the split structure, and the high frequency wire with socket is used between the vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator, which is convenient for use and maintenance.
4. The installation layout is flexible, and the ultrasonic radiation surface can be arranged at the bottom, side or top of the cleaning tank according to the needs.
5. Ultrasonic vibration plate can be customized according to the customer's requirements.
